Teddy Roosevelt the Rough Rider is pictured with the hill that made him a hero – San Juan Hill in Cuba. Historians today say that Teddy actually charged up nearby Kettle Hill, but the whole thing was called the Battle of San Juan Hill so that was close enough. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid from 1904 is a simply beautiful Roosevelt campaign item picturing him in his Rough Rider uniform. Pin has a National Campaign Button Co. back paper and is in excellent condition.
