This is the first time we recall offering this rare Theodore Roosevelt item from a Sept. 8, 1910 picnic in Freeport, Illinois. The 1 1/4 inch metal pinback at top is from Elgin, Illinois, home of the famous watchmaker and is attached to a Railroad Men’s Picnic ribbon because every railroad man need a good watch. Excellent condition.
