Robert Kennedy for President Indiana Primary

A rare Robert Kennedy for president campaign pin from a dramatic moment of the 1968 campaign. This 3 1/2 inch celluloid was made for use in the Indiana Primary. Kennedy was campaigning in Indianapolis when he received word of Martin Luther King’s assassination. Kennedy’s personal appearance in a black neighborhood following King’s death was a famous moment of the campaign. We don’t recall ever offering this pin before. Excellent condition.
