This scarce Harry Truman and Alben Barkley 2 1/4 inch celluloid from the 1949 inauguration is made even better by the attached ribbon. It shows the badge was made for members of the Monroe County Democratic Committee of Rochester, New York. Keystone Badge back paper, excellent condition.
