A scarce and ingenious Theodore Roosevelt 1 3/4 inch mechanical metal item. TR is pictured as a Rough Rider kicking the Spanish on San Juan Hill; when you pull the string at top the scene changes and he's kicking a Democratic donkey. Embossed lettering around edge says: "Get your eye on this before and after." No pin on back.
