Carter Art Nouveau by David Russell

Jimmy Carter pins mostly are green and white. This one stands out from the crowd of political pins of that era. It’s a scarce, limited edition 2 1/4 inch celluloid created by artist David Russell that is so popular it even has its own name: The Carter Art Nouveau pin. This one comes from Al Anderson’s collection – Al purchased it directly from Russell when it was made. Excellent condition.
