This Alf Landon pin from New Jersey has a lot going for it. It’s a rare one and it’s from a one-day event held in New Jersey on Aug. 21, 1936. The United Republican League of Essex County was the group that set up the big day and had this “Flower of America” 2 1/4 inch celluloid made. Sommer back paper. By the way, the pin was made for Governor’s Day, and the governor back on that day was Giles Hoffman. Excellent condition.
