A handsome Abraham Lincoln tintype with image of Lincoln as he appeared in 1864 (with beard). The 3/4 inch tintype is attached to a 3 1/2 inch black cardboard ribbon – we assume it is a mourning ribbon added to the tintype after Lincoln’s assassination. Excellent condition.
