Lyndon Johnson teams up with Claude Pepper of Florida on this scarce 3 1/2 inch celluloid made in 1964 by the Philadelphia Badge Co. Pepper had been a U.S. senator from 1936 to 1951 and returned to Washington in 1963 after being elected to the House. Excellent condition.
