James Middleton Cox was elected governor of Ohio in 1912, lost his bid for re-election in 1914, then was elected again in 1916 and 1918 before running for president in 1920. This 7/8 inch celluloid is a rare Cox for governor item with Scioto Sign Co. of Kenton, Ohio, back paper. Excellent.
