The 1920 election was the first in which women could vote for president and this cloth-covered pin and ribbon celebrated the event. The 1 3/4 inch pin proclaims the 19th Amendment while the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, ribbon shows support for Warren Harding and Calvin Coolidge. Pin has a JH Shaw back paper. Excellent condition on an item that marked a giant step in election history.
