Guam is a territory of the U.S., so its residents don’t get to vote in presidential elections. But, wait! They do get to cast votes in conventions. Back in 2000, the Guam delegation cast all six of its votes for Al Gore at the Democratic National Convention. This very scarce 4-inch celluloid is a great Gore item because, after all, it pictures Guam! Excellent condition.
