Grover Cleveland and his new bride Frances are pictured on this special supplement to Harper’s Weekly dated June 12, 1886. Cleveland was 49 and his former ward Frances Folsom was 21 when they married in the White House on June 2, 1886. That means this 16 by 22 inch centerfold was printed just a little more than a week after the wedding. The entire nation was enthralled by the White House wedding and this poster was a part of the excitement. Fold mark at center.
