Ann Richards, at the time state treasurer of Texas, delivered the keynote address at the 1988 Democratic Convention, saying George Bush was “born with a silver foot in his mouth.” The Bush campaign responded with these sterling silver foot 3/4 inch pins. Bush sent one to Richards after the election. Rare item in excellent condition.
