Franklin Roosevelt V for Victory

The 1944 election was a landmark race – it was held in the midst of a world war. This scarce Franklin Roosevelt 2 1/8 inch celluloid includes the famous “V for Victory” symbol and Morse Code symbols for “V” to let voters know FDR is the man to lead the nation to victory. There were relatively few pins made in 1944 due to the war effort and this one really captures the spirit of the times. Excellent condition.
