This 2 1/4 inch celluloid is one of the scarce Crystal Lake, Illinois, pins from 1976. It’s a coattail pin that pairs Gerald Ford and Bob Dole with Jack Schaffer, member of the Illinois State Senate from the 33rd District. Schaffer was from Crystal River and ended up serving 26 years in state government. This pin is in excellent condition.
