“Untouchables” hero Elliott Ness moved to Cleveland after cleaning up Chicago and became the city’s safety director. He took on the mob in Cleveland, went to Washington to work for the federal government, then returned to the city in 1947 to run for mayor. This scarce 7/8 inch celluloid is from that unsuccessful campaign. Excellent.
