Mike Dukakis was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives when he ran for attorney general in 1966. This 1 inch celluloid from that 1966 race is the rarest of Dukakis pins. Dukakis lost that race and a race for lieutenant governor in 1970 before finally being elected governor in 1974. This is a super early Dukakis item, union bug at 3, excellent condition. One of the choice pins from the Norm Eavenson collection.
