A really unusual kind of item from Anton Cermak’s time as president of the Cook County Board of Supervisors. Mr. Happy and Mr. Smiley are two cardboard characters. When you hold them together, you fall prey to an optical illusion. Copyright 1924. The 3 1/4 inch tall characters come with printed instructions. Excellent condition.
