Boutelle Black Control of Black Community
Paul Boutelle was the vice presidential candidate for the Socialist Workers Party in 1968. This 1 3/4 inch celluloid is from that race. Boutelle also ran for Congress and mayor of New York City and later changed his name to Kwame Montsho Ajamu Somburu . Excellent condition.
