The design for this pin really is a Teddy Roosevelt design – it pictures a Rough Rider and a U.S. Navy ship, both Roosevelt symbols. Apparently, the Baltimore Badge Co. liked its look so much it just went ahead and put TR’s opponent in the 1904 election, Alton Parker, on his own version of the pin. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid is a scarce Parker item with Baltimore Badge back paper, excellent condition.
