This red, white and blue Herbert Hoover celluloid takes the tried and true red, white and blue approach -- but this particular design is one that is rarely seen. It's a rare 2 1/4 inch celluloid with unusual Bainbridge Badges and Buttons of Syracuse back paper, excellent condition.
