Jimmy Carter, Howard Metzenbaum scarce Ohio 1 3/4 inch coattail celluloid, excellent condition. The story we've always heard is this pin was made for a senior citizens dinner of several hundred people. Because there were no collectors at the event this has always been a relatively tough pin to acquire. It shows up at Ohio flea markets but I've never heard or seen anyone having more than one of them.
