Davis 1924 Don’t Forget the Teapot Dome

The Teapot Dome oil reserves scandal involved some of Warren G. Harding’s closest advisers and shocked the nation. Democrats who supported John W. Davis for president in 1924 tried to remind voters about the scandal with this rare metal pinback. It’s an embossed 1 inch stickpin shaped like a teapot that says “Don’t Forget Dome.” Excellent.
