Woodrow Wilson was sworn in as president on March 4, 1913. It was a big day for Democrats – Wilson was only the second Democratic president since Lincoln. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid was made to celebrate the inauguration. It has a Whitehead and Hoag back paper and is in excellent condition.
