Carrie Chapman Catt founded the Woman Suffrage Party in New York in 1909 to lead the fight for women’s suffrage in that key state. The WSP was a major factor in the state’s approval of the right of women to vote in 1917. This very scarce WSP item is a 3/4 inch celluloid pin that was a part of Catt’s organization. Excellent condition.
