Woodrow Wilson and Thomas Marshall are joined by Charles Creighton Carlin of Virginia on this scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid. Carlin was a congressman from 1907-1919 and was a delegate at 10 Democratic National Conventions. Carlin resigned in 1919 to run the presidential campaign for A. Mitchell Palmer in 1920. Pin has a Whitehead and Hoag back paper and is in excellent condition.
