The 1913 reunion of the Princeton Class of 1879 had a special guest. His name was Woodrow Wilson, president of the United States. Wilson was a member of the Class of 1879 and these items are from a special dinner held by Wilson’s classmates for him on the night of his inauguration in 1913. There’s a “79” sash, a rosette pin and a 7 1/4 inch ribbon picturing the Princeton Tiger and giving information about the dinner – all in Princeton black and orange, of course. Excellent.
