Walter Westerman was from Lenawee County, Mich., and held various political and Grand Army of the Republic offices. In 1902, he was the Prohibition Party candidate for governor of Michigan. He also twice was the Prohibition Party candidate for justice of the state supreme court. This scarce 7/8 inch celluloid with Whitehead and Hoag back paper is in excellent condition. Minimum reduced.
