Thomas J. Courtney for mayor of Chicago 2 1/4 inch celluloid mirror with embedded 1937 penny. Courtney lost to Ed Kelly in the 1939 Democratic primary for mayor, later ran for governor and then was a Cook County judge for 25 years. Excellent condition.
