This 1 3/4 inch celluloid is the Roosevelt scales, showing Uncle Sam manning the scales that show Theodore Roosevelt outweighing Alton Parker. the Republican elephant makes an appearance to help Teddy out. A marvelous design on an exceptionally rare item with Baltimore Badge back paper. This is the mate to the Parker Scales Item No. 11. More collectors have checked out this pin than any other in the auction. Excellent condition.
