The Dionne Quintuplets were the first quintuplets known to survive their infancy. Born in Callander, Ontario, in 1934, they immediately became world famous. They were made wards of the king and became quite a tourist attraction and appeared in advertisements and even movies. This 3 inch celluloid mirror shows their doctor explaining why he let them use only Palmolive soap. Two of the quintuplets (Annette and Cecile) are still alive today and you can still visit the Dionne Museum in Ontario. Ted Hake believes the mirror was made in the 1980's. Excellent condition.
