Temperance Old Medal and Ribbon
This old temperance item is a 19th century item that was part of the anti-alcohol movement. Front of the medal pictures a fountain and says, "Beautiful water my beverage shall be." Back features the temperance pledge: "Tis here we pledge perfect hate to all that can intoxicate." Medal is 1 inch, excellent condition.
