Elba was the island where Napoleon was exiled. This 7/8 inch celluloid with attached Teddy Bear shows Uncle Sam welcoming Theodore Roosevelt back in 1912 from TR’s self-imposed Elba – his African safari. First we’ve sold in this 1 inch size of this classic pin, excellent condition.
