First time we’ve offered this rare women’s suffrage pin. It’s a celluloid attached to 1 1/4 inch celluloid ribbon that reads, “Suffrage Means Prohibition.” A large number of women were for prohibition and prohibition leaders often backed women’s suffrage as a way top push through the ban on alcohol. This rare pin in excellent condition makes it clear that once women got the right to vote, prohibition would soon follow.
