A flyer printed by the South Dakota Universal Franchise League in support of woman suffrage in the state. A rare 4 1/2 by 7 3/4 inch paper item, edge cuts top and side. The woman suffrage amendment on the 1916 ballot failed. A state constitutional amendment supporting suffrage was passed in 1918.
