Judge Julius Hoffman became famous while presiding – or at least, attempting to preside – over the Chicago 7 Conspiracy Trial. Hoffman was the judge at the trial that lasted from April of 1969 to February of 1970. The trial featured Abbie Hoffman and others charged with conspiracy for the riots at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid is a classic anti Hoffman “Screw Magoo” pin from the days of the trial. Excellent.
