Sally Rand was the sensation of the 1933 Century of Progress World's Fair in Chicago. She was arrested four times in one day for indecency during the fair. Her ostrich feather "fan dance" made her a national celebrity. She signed this 4 3/4 by 6 3/4 inch card that pictures her in action. Some slight edge wear.
