A colorful Theodore Roosevelt pin made for the Jamestown Exposition, held in 1909 in Norfolk, Va., the celebrate the 300th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown. Why Georgia Day? Roosevelt’s mother was from Georgia. This 2 1/8 inch celluloid with Whitehead and Hoag back paper is in excellent condition. Consignor agreed to adjust minimum. In past the pin has sold for over $1,000 and $780.
