Robert Sweitzer was Cook County Clerk for 24 years, ran for mayor twice (1915 and 1919, losing twice to Big Bill Thompson) and later became removed as county treasurer on charges of mishandling public funds. This 7/8 inch sepia celluloid is mayor pin, excellent condition.
