Robert Low for Mayor of New York
Robert A. Low was a 1969 candidate for mayor of New York City. Low was a city councilman who was known for doing things such as disguising himself and moving into a slum to find out what life was like there and working as a taxi driver to check on conditions. This 1 1/8 inch litho is a Low for mayor campaign item in excellent condition.
