Scarce Robert LaFollette for president third party campaign pin. LaFollette created his own Progressive Party in 1924 because he felt after the national Federated Farmer-Labor Party was controlled in a large part by communists. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid features a different image of Lafollette, one that we do not recall on any other pin or poster and is almost certainly 1924. The pin is in excellent condition.
