The Polish Solidarity movement raised the standard against communism in the 1980s. Chicago has a large Polish population (the city often claims that it has the largest Polish ethnic population outside of Warsaw) and this pin is a Reagan-Bush jugate made to appeal to Chicago Polish-American voters. It’s a 2 1/4 inch celluloid and the first time we’ve offered this pin with the Polish flag and Solidarity theme. Excellent.
