This is as early as it gets for Jimmy Carter. This rare 11 by 17 inch poster is from Carter’s first political campaign, the 1962 race for Georgia state senator. One of the hardest of all Carter items to find, this one is in excellent condition. We know of three of these that are still around, including one at the Carter Center. This is the first time this poster has appeared in a long, long time.
