Project Mercury takes flight on this 1962 space flag. The flag is dated Feb. 20, 1962, the day John Glenn became the first American to orbit the Earth. It’s a 11 3/4 by 17 1/2 inch flag picturing the famous Freedom 7 spacecraft. Excellent condition.
