Myron Herrick was governor of Ohio from 1904-1906, later ran for the Senate and eventually was the ambassador to France, where he welcomed Charles Lindbergh after Lindbergh's historic flight. This 7/8 inch celluloid picturing Herrick has a Whitehead and Hoag back paper.
