You wouldn’t think a dictator like Nicaragua’s Anastasio Samoza would need to campaign. But he did hold elections occasionally for form. Very unusual 7/8 inch celluloid made to support the man who was a virtual dictator for almost 20 years until his assassination in 1956. Excellent.
