George McGovern scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid, excellent condition. This McGovern pin with ’72 in the ”g” that looks like a noose is a super rare pin from the Norfolk-Hampton Roads (Tidewater) area of Virginia. It has always been referred to as the Tidewater button by chasers in ‘72
