Judge Willard Milton McEwen was a member of the Cook County Superior Court and a former law partner of John Deneen. McEwen was a potential candidate for governor of Illinois in the first decade of the 20th century. This very scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid gives you a good look at him. Small spots on edge around 10 o’clock.
