The Louisiana statehouse is pictured on this scarce 4 inch Ronald Reagan celluloid from 1980. The 102 years refers to the number of years from the state’s last Republican governor (Stephen B. Packard who served as governor in 1877) until the GOP’s Dave Treen was elected governor in 1979. The pin is a 1980 Republican National Convention item and is in excellent condition.
